Developer Specifications and Details

The specifications are to be used by the Developer’s Design Engineer in the preparation of construction documents for the construction of sanitary sewer systems to be owned, operated and maintained by Old North State Water Company, Inc.

All systems must be developed using these specifications. Developers are responsible for setting up initial electric and/or water service for all water wells and pump stations.

*Public water supply, North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, and the North Carolina Utilities Commission must issue their final approval before meters will be set, water will be provided, or applications from builders will be accepted. Please make sure that all requested documentation from Old North State Water Company, Inc is provided to the construction department to expedite acceptance of the system.
