Complete the following steps for establishing a new service

Complete the Water / Sewer Service Application Form
If you are a renter, please email a copy of your lease to info@onswc.com
If you are a homeowner, please email a copy of your deed to info@onswc.com
OR Download and Complete the Water / Sewer Service Application (Application fee will be added to first month's bill.)
After you complete the application, save it to your computer then, along with your lease if you are a renter or a copy of your deed if you are a homeowner, and email the application to:
info@onswc.com.

Please help reduce high call volume by emailing info@onswc.com instead of calling if you need assistance accessing your new online account. PayNSeconds is no longer available for Kanata Mills, Sterling Crest, or Olde Mill Trace customers because we have implemented a new software system. Customers who make payments via billpay, mailing a check or who have set up ACH autodraft over the phone are not impacted by this change.
