Complete the following steps for establishing a new service
*Adobe Reader is REQUIRED to fill out Water/Sewer Service Application online.
- Complete the Water / Sewer Service Application (Application fee will be added to first month's bill.)
*After you complete the application, save it to your computer then email the application to:

OR
Fill out Water/Sewer Service Application online. - Read and retain the Waste Water Customer Policy Manual
- Commercial & Industrial Customers please include your Federal Tax ID number on application.
