Customers, ONSWC is pleased to announce the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality has issued a final permit for the Briar Chapel plant approving all of our requested modifications for process modifications and odor control.  We will continue construction incorporating these process improvements and odor control equipment.  The improved, expanded plant should be brought online by the end of the year.

Additionally, our new operator, Chip White, will take over the Briar Chapel plant effective 5pm Friday, May 28th.  We are confident the residents of Briar Chapel will continue to see improved operations at the plant and throughout the community.
